Translation:

I bow to the form of Ardhanarishvara, the wondrous and formidable one with a blue throat.

With a single eye in the forehead, the ruler of all the worlds, I adore.

The one with a split face, having a fierce and powerful form,

The wearer of the Ganga, with a shining face, I salute the Lord of all the worlds.

The Great Time, the greatest, the Supreme Lord,

Knowing the past, present, and future, the Lord beyond the three qualities.

The dispeller of fear in all worlds, the essence of all deities, the supreme soul,

The one with half-moon on the forehead, adorned with precious jewels.

The one holding a trident and a noose, I worship the Lord of all beings,

With a blue neck, the Lord of the Universe, the teacher with a blue throat.

Mounted on a bull, Vishnu, with a moon-like complexion and four arms,

To the radiant Lord of the Universe, I bow, the ruler of all worlds.

Brahma, Vishnu, and others declare him the best, the Supreme Lord,

To that embodiment of knowledge, the peaceful one, the son of Gauri, we meditate.
